When it comes to big press brakes, HACO is one major player in this league.

We built custom designed press brakes starting at 400T up to 1,200T, 20'.

We also design tandem and even tridem press brakes to bend very long sheets, e.g.: light pole forming or modular buildings bases.

All our HDSY models come standard with a heavy duty CNC controlled backgauge. A servo motor drives 2 large ballscrews to move this very accurate sturdy backgauge system.

The 2 finger blocks are spring loaded to protect against the shock loads from heavy sheets.

Both finger blocks are manual adjustable in height and width and they have a fine tuning nut on the back of the finger.

Each finger has 3 different gauging points.

ATS 6000 Control ATS 9000 Control

 

We offer 4 CNC options: the standard 3-axes ATS560 LED control with LED display, controls the 2 ram axes and backgauge. The optional ATS570 control with monochrome 9" LCD display has the same functions as the ATS560 but is a more user friendly because of the machine-operator dialogue on screen. The ATS6000 control with color TFT screen uses angle, depth, or pressure programming. The ATS9000 control with color LCD graphical screen uses angle, depth, or pressure programming. Both the ATS6000 and ATS9000 have many features found on our higher end Euromaster model.
