The new HACO PunchMaster is a 33.5T single station, CNC controlled punch press. The XY brush table has a 50" x 40" travel. The tool holder is hydraulic clamped into the punch head. Sheet repositioning to allow punching longer sheets or punching around the 2 hydraulic sheet grips comes as a standard on this machine.

Available for the Punchmaster is the TCP 25 Graphics Control and the TPC 69 Graphics Control, These user-friendly Graphics Controls offer the possibility of graphical programming and nesting of the workpiece on a sheet.  The CNC-Program is automatically generated.  It is also possible to use an external programming software. Main characteristics of the Windows TPC 69 Graphics CNC Control : The CNC control is based on an Intel microprocessor with a large flash disc to store all programs. A 3.5” floppy disk drive is standard. With the standard network card (network cable not included), the CNC can be connected to an external PC for programme loading from CAD/CAM softwares. The movable control panel consists of an oil- and dust-free cover and a 15” graphic LCD colour screen. A very unique option on this machine, designed by HACO is the manual 4 station tool turret. This small turret holds 4 tool holders and can be rolled under the punch head. A simple push on a button clamps or releases the toll holder. This versatile tool turret will cut your production time, especially in combination with our 6 tool multi tool holder.

The multi tool holder acts as a little turret inside the manual turret. 6 Tools with a max. diameter of 16mm (5/8") to punch sheets with max. thickness of 0.080" M.S.fit in the multi tool holder. We offer a manual or automatic multi tool.

2 Pneumatic cylinders clamp the sheet while the sheet grips reposition. This action is necessary when you need to punch in the dead zone or danger zone around the grips or when you would like to punch sheets which extend the maximum X-travel of the machine.
