One step up from the smaller Punchmaster is the OMATIC 130DTR. This machine has a larger gantry than the Punchmaster. which means a bigger X (80") and Y (60") travel. The punch head is 360 degrees indexable and hydraulic driven (1,000 hits/min). We offer a 4 or 6 station manual tool turret on this budget friendly machine.

There are 3 hydraulic sheet clamps and 2 sheet repositioning cylinders. The brush table minimizes scratching of the sheet and parts.

Available for the OMATIC 130DTR is the TPC 69 Graphics Control, This user-friendly Graphics Control offers the possibility of graphical programming and nesting of the workpiece on a sheet.  The CNC-Program is automatically generated.  It is also possible to use an external programming software. Main characteristics of the Windows TPC 69 Graphics CNC Control : The CNC control is based on an Intel microprocessor with a large flash disc to store all programs. A 3.5” floppy disk drive is standard. With the standard network card (network cable not included), the CNC can be connected to an external PC for programme loading from CAD/CAM softwares. The movable control panel consists of an oil- and dust-free cover and a 15” graphic LCD colour screen. The main characteristics of the Windows based CNC system software are : * Direct ISO-programming * Graphical simulation of programs * Importer of CNC files from external CAD/CAM software * Editing the CNC-program gives detailed explanation of the ISO-code. * Diagnostic- functions * Networking

This control can import dxf files and can be adapted to several other populair punching and nesting softwares.
