PLUS-LM specifically designed for cutting metal (working area: 3050x1550 and 4050x2050 mm).
The two models can be integrated with a fully automatic pallet exchanger to avoid expensive waste of time during the material%u2019s loading/unloading phases . The installed powers are 2200 - 3500 - 5000 and 6000W for CO2 lasers.
The linear motor motion allows extremely high dynamic (< 2,5 G), thus allowing high productivity even on very complex geometries.
High performance, high structural rigidity and high efficiency are combined in the PLUS-LM systems.
For specific applications the systems can also integrate high brilliance IPG fiber laser of 1000, 2000 and 3000W.

The dynamics of this system is excellent, allowing very good cutting performance also for complex geometries.
The motion is realized by ball screws, since alternatives, such as belts and similar devices, can%u2019t be considered for use in real industrial systems.
The system can integrate the new CO2 Laser RF333, RF555, RF777 (350W, 550W, 750W). Furthermore you can also integrate an high brilliance IPG fiber laser, with 450W continuous power. The focusing head with a capacitive sensor allows to use 5" or 7.5" focusing lenses with CO2 laser sources and 125mm or 200mm focusing lenses with fiber lasers.
