The new Kingsland MULTI series are dual operator Ironworkers, this means that 2 stations can be used simultanous on these machines. The very strong, heavy duty frame is a welded construction to minimize deflection during punching and other operations.

Big advantage to this machine is the hydraulic cylinder, which is center lined with the the punching die to minimize tool wear.

 

We offer 7 different tonnages: 60T, 70T, 80T, 95T, 125T, 140, and 175T.

All Kingsland models can be purchased with a larger throat of 24". These deep throat models Multi-D are available in all tonnages.

Most models and options for the MULTI and MULTI-D machines are in stock for immediate delivery.

 

The PRODUCTIVITY PACKAGE includes: a 39" electric touch and cut backgauge which can be used on 3 stations (shear, angle shear and solid bar cutting station), a halogen lamp on a magnetic base, a fine adjustment to the punch stroke and measuring scales in the notching end table.

 

You can also turn the punching station into a bar bending or sheet metal forming station. Several bending options are available: bar bending, single-V bending and multi-V bending. Bending depth and open height can be set with the adjustable stroke system.

 

Cutting channel, punching in the web or flange of channel, there are simply no limits on this machine. The New MULTI can be equiped with the special goosenech bolster to make punching in channel or I beam extremely easy.The large hole attachement let you punch large holes in sheet metal

 

The optional dovetail on the MULTI model will let you switch over from bending tool to punching tool very quickly and easy. The optional Eurethane stripper eliminates stripper adjustments when changing from material thickness.

 

More special functions can be adapted to the Kingsland ironworkers as well.

Some examples of special aplications are: Louvring, pipe coping and twin hole punching.
