Make Press Brake Production
Easier With New Graphics Controller
HACO-ATLANTIC, Inc. member of the HACO Int.Group located in Houston, TX. is one of the world’s leading manufacturers of both conventional hydraulic and CNC servo driven press brakes. In addition to our already existing list of our high level CNC Controls, we now focus on two Graphics 2D controllers for our low cost Synchromaster CNC Press Brake line.
Now we offer our High-End 4-Axis Controls for simple and easy bending at a very attractive price.
The ATS 590 (2D Dos) and the FastBend (2D Windows) Graphics controllers are designed for making press brake production a lot easier, faster and more reliable. Thanks to the user-friendly interface, the programming of the press brake is no longer complicated.
With a memory of over 1000 programs and extensive material-and tool libraries, these controls are ideal for the production of many different production runs. Detailed graphical simulations are available on both Controls to provide the Operator or Programmer with a complete sequence of bending using the selected tooling.
Our ATS 590 control has a 10" Color TFT Screen and offers both Automatic or Manual Programming.
Our Fastbend control has a 15” TFT flat screen and can be equipped with optional touch-screen, bar code reader and robot mode interface.
The new sturdy, heavy-duty designed X-R axis has an accuracy of 0.004”. Ram repeatability is 0.0004” and is designed for very accurate air bending.
